At Richunie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to assist you. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy below to understand the process.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for most products, as long as they meet the following conditions:

  • The product is in new, unused condition and is returned with its original packaging.
  • The product has not been damaged or altered in any way.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order receipt or confirmation email, is required.

Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Package the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging to prevent any damage during shipping. Make sure to include your Return Authorization Number inside the package.
  4. Ship the Item: Once you have received the return instructions, send the item back to the provided return address. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our return policy, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • Original Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
  • Restocking Fee: A small restocking fee may apply to certain returned items. If this applies to your return, you will be notified in advance.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@richunie.com or call 616-712-3999. We will provide a pre-paid return label for you to send the item back at no cost, and we will either replace the product or issue a full refund.

5. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Final sale items marked as non-returnable.

7. Late Returns

If you return an item after the 30-day return window, we will be unable to process your return. If there are any special circumstances, please contact our customer service team, and we will assess the situation.
