Refund and Returns Policy for Richunie

At Richunie, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a comprehensive refund and returns policy to ensure that your shopping experience is hassle-free.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return products purchased from Richunie within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging.
- The item must be in resellable condition (free from any damage, stains, or marks).
- Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email at info@richunie.com to notify us of your intent to return the item. Please include your order number and a description of the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: After reviewing your return request, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed with the return. Please do not return items without an RA number.
- Pack the Item: Carefully pack the item(s) you wish to return, ensuring they are in their original condition, and include the RA number on the package.
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a traceable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note:
- Refund Timeline: The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days from the day we receive your returned item.
- Partial Refunds: If the item shows signs of wear or is not in its original condition, we may issue a partial refund, or we may choose not to refund the item.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving the product) at info@richunie.com. We will assist you with a return, exchange, or refund for damaged or defective products.
- If the damage is found to be a result of shipping, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- In case the item is defective, we will provide a replacement or full refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Customized or personalized products (unless defective or damaged upon arrival)
- Gift cards or items marked as “final sale”
- Open hygiene products (such as items with seals that have been broken)
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the item following the process outlined above and place a new order for the replacement item.
7. Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. If your order has been shipped, you will need to return the item according to our return policy. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@richunie.com.
8. Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
